When we have on high amount of protein diet. Many time it’s happen we can’t digested that protein it has many reasons. the temperature of the environment is very high it is main reason of protein will not digested properly also our liver take time to digest the protein.

What is exactly the meaning of poor digestion it means when you’re eating food and immediately or some time later you go to the toilet and it happen 4 to 5 a day or in other case you eat a food and you don’t go for toilet(constipation) for 2 to 3 days.

In bodybuilding or build muscle you have to eat 5 to 6 meals. sometime happen it will not digested by your body so how it is fixed.

 How to fix poor digestion?

    1. Bacterial Imbalance

      In body the percentage of good bacteria is 85% and bad bacteria is 15%. So good bacteria help’s to digest the food like fiber, starch, sugar, etc. And bad bacteria is not good for us if the percentage of bad bacteria will rise that time our food not digested
      So, we can eat yogurt. It has good bacteria which help’s to digest the food. So, eat yogurt for your good digestion.

  1. Enzyme deficiency.

This enzyme deficiency has seen in lots of people. So, what enzyme does work? Enzyme breaks down our food like protein breaks into amino acids, carbs breaks into glucose, fat breaks into fatty acid. So this how enzyme works.

For the reduced the deficiency of enzyme we have to eat raw vegetables its helps to decrease the deficiency of enzymes also you can eat papaya and pineapple.

3. Eat high fiber diet

According to study and research has been found to eat high fiber foods helps to get better digestion. There are two fibers insoluble fibers and soluble.
So insoluble fibers help’s to ad’s bulk to the stool and its help food pass more quickly through the stomach and intestines.

Soluble fibers, it work as attracts water and turns to gel during digestion, this slows digestion.

So it important to eat both insoluble and Soluble fibers.

Insoluble fiber food:-wheat bran, vegetables, and whole grains.

Soluble fiber food :-oat bran, barley, nuts, seeds, beans, lentils, peas, and some fruits and vegetables.
