Difference Between BMR and BMI?

BMR(Basal metabolic rate) .Iit give you number calories you need to take in one day. Depending upon your goals ,you can calculate You BMR from below formula .

For male :-
 BMR = 10 × weight(kg) + 6.25 × height(cm) - 5 × age(y) + 5  

For female :-
 BMR = 10 × weight(kg) + 6.25 × height(cm) - 5 × age(y) - 161  

From this formula you can calculate your BMR as well as you can use other online BMR calculator . This formula or online BMR calculator can’t give you accurate result but it can give you basic idea for calories/per day

Fat loss:-

For fat loss you have to 500 calories subtracted from your daily BMR

For Bulking:-

for bulking you have to add 500 calories from your daily BMR so it is called as BMR(Basel metabolic rate)

So it the simple way to know you overweight, underweight and you have normal weight according from your weight and height.

How to calculate your BMI?

from this two simple step you have calculate your BMI

Step 1:-

Divide your weight in kilograms (kg) by your height in meters (m)

Step 2:-

Then divide the answer by your height again to get you high BMI

following rating are knowing for which rating you will be fit In

Your BMI is less than 18.5
Healthy weight
Your BMI is 18.5 to 24.9
Your BMI is 25 to 29.9
Your BMI is 30 or high BMI
