“A former YouTube employee has sued Google for allegedly pressuring recruiters to only look for female, black, and Hispanic or Latinx applicants.”
The guy who sues Google “Arne Wilberg”, he spent his time since 2009. Wilberg claimed that Google forces to apply “Clear & irrefutable policies“. Within this authorities trying to exclude White & Asian men’s around the company’s diversity.

Not only above mentioned claim has been done, but also he claims that “Google retaliated him for opposing these policies” , Eventually fired him in November 2017.

Wilberg targets Google as well as 25 hidden employees who allegedly forcing this discriminatory employee hiring rules, enrolling a number of emails and other documents. Claimed that for several quarters, Google will gonna hire people only from historically underrepresented groups for technical positions.

They will reject all the candidates from software engineering interview, with non-diverse applicants below an experience level, and to purge entirely any applications by non diverse employees from the hiring pipeline
Google says that “we have a clear policy to hire candidates based on their merit, not their identity… At the same time we unapologetically try to find a diverse pool of qualified candidates for open roles, as this helps us hire the best people, improve our culture & build better products.”

Google tries harder to create bro-culture, which is encouraging the sexual harassment, which will not better for society.
